Maria, made with Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada, has been aged naturally for at least 36 months. Clean, creamy, complex aroma and with the typicity of the classic sparkling wines from Sant Sadurní. Dry and tasty on the palate, with balance, fine carbonic acid, elegant and complex, and finally with tasty notes from the long time in contact with the yeasts.
