The surname Garrido is part of the Penedès wine history par excellence. Descendants of a whole generation dedicated to the production of wine in Jerez, they decided, in the 70s, to move to Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. With all the dedication and professionalism accumulated over more than thirty-five years, they began to work in the Codorniu cava cellars.

In 1984, Antonio Garrido opened his own cava winery and firmly put into practice his extensive knowledge of artisanal and traditional production. Respecting the highest quality standards learned in Codorniu, and based on its origins and his personal obsession with controlled fermentation to achieve the most natural product possible. Finally, Antonio achieves an exceptional product that few wineries can match today.

The name Garrido is synonymous with the history of an entire family dedicated to the production of sparkling wines.

Made from aged vines, which produce the best grapes of the Xarel lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. The second fermentation is based on the method

traditional or Méthode Champenoise, applying a meticulous control, a lot of love, a lot of affection and exclusive dedication.
