A BASE PRODUCT OF ARTISAN AND TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION

The harvest is at night, to keep the grapes and their quality in optimal conditions, thus respecting their best properties (acidity, aromas, etc.). The base of the product is made from aged vines, which produce the best grapes of the Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties, using only the juice of the grapes in its first pressing to begin its first fermentation. Its subsequent bottling is carried out in the cold months, December and January so that the sulphite affects as little as possible.

The second fermentation is carried out according to the Traditional or Champenoise Method, with aging on lees applying meticulous control, a lot of love and exclusive dedication. In the disgorgement, no expedition liquor or sulfite will be used, this will give us a sparkling wine of the highest quality while maintaining its natural flavor and aromas.

A GREAT IDEA, TRADITION + INNOVATION

Thinking about innovation, wanting to do something different and exclusive, but always respecting his father's 'savoir-faire'. Alex Garrido, Antonio's son, asked himself this question many times.

“What happens if we mix our sparkling wine with 100% natural essences of certain plants and fruits and make something totally new? Something really different, in the most natural way possible?

In his efforts to expand the variety of traditional sparkling products and go one step further, he met with Enrico, a specialist in the extraction of 100% natural essential oils. Together they carried out tests, and after many liters and months of work they managed to homogeneously integrate these essences with the Garrido family sparkling wine. Process that has later been patented.

The result is something truly extraordinary: a sparkling wine combined perfectly with very specific essences that give the drink a completely new personality, becoming an 'alter ego' that goes far beyond a 'sparkling wine' or a 'sparkling wine'. long drink'.
